You’ve earned a certificate or degree, but as a serious student in life, we know that your personal and professional journey continues. Perhaps a certificate in management or leadership would take you to that next step in your career. Or, perhaps it’s time to stretch your creative side with an arts program.

We would like to welcome you to Continuing Education programs with a special offer: 

When applying to a program for first time, identify yourself as a U of A Alumni or Associate Alumni, and we will waive the $100 program application fee.

This offer applies to Continuing Education's continuing and professional education programs only. Program application fee waivers are not available for the English Language School programs.

All students at the University of Alberta value their alma mater. That’s why we recognize University of Alberta Continuing Education Certificate holders as Associate Alumni.

Who is defined as an Associate Alum?

Certificate holders – those University of Alberta students who have completed a certificate program through Continuing Education.
