  • Assess transfer credit
  • Program advising
  • Process Registration Checks
  • Process Graduation Checks

Current undergraduate students can contact a Student Advisor via email for assistance at educ.info@ualberta.ca. We also offer virtual advising appointments.

Appointments must be booked a minimum of 24 hours in advance. You will receive a link prior to your appointment.

Please note that all appointment times are in Mountain Standard Time.

To book an appointment, you must be logged into your ualberta.ca email account.

Current Undergraduate Education Students - Drop-in Advising

Student Advisors at the Education Student Services (ESS) office are available to meet with current undergraduate students in-person, on a drop-in basis for program advising, according to the following schedule: Tuesdays 9:30 - 11:30 AM and Wednesdays 1:00 - 2:30 PM.

No appointment is necessary, and appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
