Academic Teaching Staff (ATS) – Neuroscience

The Department of Physiology and the Neuroscience and Mental Health Institute (NMHI) at the University of Alberta invite applications for a full-time, one-year renewable Academic Teaching Staff (ATS) position in Neuroscience.

What You'll Do

  • Teach the equivalent of 6-credit courses per year within the NMHI Neuroscience program
  • Contribute to course coordination and curriculum development/revision
  • Develop and deliver instruction in areas such as developmental neuroscience, molecular neurobiology, and neuroscience laboratory methods

What We're Looking For

  • PhD in any discipline with a focus in Neuroscience (required)
  • Extensive knowlege of current advancements in neuroscience research
  • Experience teaching neuroscience, laboratory protocols, and methodologies (preferred)
