Initial preparation work for the Neuroinformatics Initiative was performed in 2021 by Roger Dixon, Russ Greiner and Vivian Mushahwar. In January 2022, an organizing team presented a panel discussion of the background, goals and applications of neuroinformatics in NMHI. Roger Dixon served as moderator and first speaker. Other presenters included Sanjay Kalra, Elena Posse de Chaves, Russ Greiner, and Vivian Mushahwar.
