Honors Degrees
Specialized training with a focus in research
Similar to the Bachelor of Science (BSc) Specialization program, a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honors degree provides excellent training in one specific subject.
As a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honors student you will focus on one main field of study, and must maintain a higher standard of academic achievement than those in a Bachelor of Science (BSc) General or Specialization program. This is the best program if you plan to pursue a higher degree or a research or academic career.
Honors degrees are available in the following areas:
- Biochemistry
Biochemistry teaches students to explore the chemistry of living organisms and the molecular basis for change occurring in living cells.
