Outlook Training

You may be familiar with Microsoft Outlook as an email client, but do you know it can also be used a powerful time management tool? Our courses cover the basics of email management, plus how to use Outlook to create calendars, schedule meetings, and stay on top of important tasks.

Outlook Level 1

This course will provide you with the skills you need to start sending and responding to email, as well as maintaining your calendar, scheduling meetings, and create and edit tasks and notes.

  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Windows

Outlook Level 2

This is courses will build on topics and theories covered in Outlook Level 1. Topics that will be covered include customizing the outlook interface, creating rules, applying filters, managing junk email, working with shared folders, delegating folder access, and archiving Outlook items. Other topics covered include mail merging, exporting data, and advanced methods of working with others.
