Google Contacts, Chat and Keep

Google has many productivity and communications tools that are part of the G Suite. We'll help you identify some of the more notable ones and learn how they work with your Google account and notably Gmail:

  • Google Contacts: Create, back up and access your contacts via all your devices
  • Google Chat: Reach out to your contacts and non-Google users with voice, video, and text communication that includes conferencing and desktop sharing
  • Google Keep: Quickly capture your notes & lists and get a reminder later at the right place or time. Speak a voice memo on the go and have it automatically transcribed. Share the memos, notes, and lists with friends, family, and colleagues.
