Campus Check-In DROP-IN ORIENTATION

Welcome to Campus! 

Come into the International Service Centre for a drop-in orientation to get a welcome gift and useful information to start life in Edmonton. No registration is required. 

Dates: August 12 to September 13
When: Monday to Friday, from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm  
Where: Telus Centre: International Services Centre. Find us on Google Map

Not arriving during our Campus-Check In Dates? No problem!
Check-in at the International Service Centre front desk, ask for a drop-in orientation, and we will connect you with a Welcome Ambassador.  

Get your Social Insurance Number (SIN)

This is a convenient option to get your SIN early without leaving campus! A SIN is a confidential nine-digit number that you need to work in Canada or to access government programs.

Dates: August 27, 28, 29, 30 and September 12, 13
When:  9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Where: Telus Centre

Bring your study permit, passport, and proof of your Edmonton mailing address and get it done right on campus. No registration is required. Note that students must have the proper documentation to be eligible. Those who do not will be advised to consult an advisor for next steps.
