The University of Alberta has a Memorandum of Understanding and a 2+2 undergraduate program with CAU.

Northwest Agriculture & Forestry University (NWA&FU)
The University of Alberta has a Memorandum of Understanding and a 2+2 undergraduate program with NWA&FU. 

Inner-Mongolia Agricultural University (IMAU) 
The University of Alberta has a Memorandum of Understanding and a 2+2 undergraduate program with IMAU.

Fujian Agriculture & Forestry University (FAFU) 
The University of Alberta has a Memorandum of Understanding and a 2+2 undergraduate program with FAFU. 

Zhejiang Agriculture & Forestry University (ZAFU)
The University of Alberta has a Memorandum of Understanding and a 2+2 undergraduate program with ZAFU. 

Seoul National University
The University of Alberta has a Memorandum of Understanding with SNU and the Faculty of ALES has a special research agreement with the College of Agriculture & Life Sciences.

Kyoto University
The Faculty of ALES has a Memorandum for Academic Cooperation and Exchange with the Graduate School of Agriculture at Kyoto University.

Hohenheim University
The University of Alberta has a Memorandum of Understanding with Hohenheim University. 

Chinese Academy of Forestry, Resource Insects Research Institute 
Researchers in the Faculty of ALES have worked with RIRI for many years.

Researchers from the Faculty of ALES are working on a major research projects related to land reclamation in partnership with the Helmholtz Institutes
