Edmonton Council of Early Learning and Care release two briefs

The early learning and care sector has been hit hard by the requirement to close due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In response, the Edmonton Council of Early Learning and Care (ECELC) has released two briefs highlighting the current situation and offering solutions.
