This award recognizes the outstanding contributions of a School of Public Health alumnus(a) within 10 years of receiving their graduate degree.
A nomination must include:
- one completed nomination form
- a letter from the nominee (self-nomination permitted), or a letter from the individual nominating the alumnus(a).
- a CV / resume of the nominee
- minimum of one letter of reference from an individual who can speak to the nominee’s contributions and impact made in their career.
This award is given every three years except in years where the Alumni Anniversary Award is presented. Nomination will open again in 2020.
