Faculty Excellence

Congratulations Jennifer Sloan for receiving the Community Service Award. This award recognizes Jennifer's role in coordinating the Early Career Program within the Strategy as Practice (SAP) community. The Early Career Program offers invaluable mentorship by pairing new scholars with seasoned academics: by facilitating meaningful dialogue and providing a holistic overview of key SAP topics, the program aims to equip participants with career support and theoretical depth.

Kylie Heales and Angelique Slade Shantz won the 2023 Best OMT Entrepreneurship Paper with their paper How Institutional Logics Influence Growth: A Field Experiment with Tunisian Women Entrepreneurs. Congratulations!
The Best OMT Entrepreneurship Paper recognizes a paper in the scholarly program that advances understanding of entrepreneurship drawing on organization and management theory.
