Campus and Community Recreation is committed to supporting the physical, mental and social well-being of students, staff, and community members through recreation, sport, and physical activity. We strive to deliver programs and services that support personal development, create community connectedness, strengthen places and spaces, and build healthier policies on our campus. Together, with other wellness providers on campus, our collective goal is to foster a healthy working, learning, and living environments for students, faculty, and staff, in accordance with the Healthy University Strategic Plan.

Wellness 101 is a free online non-credit course available to U of A students. Enroll online and examine the aspects of healthy living such as nutrition, physical activity, and stress management. Plus, learn more about the health and wellness resources available to you through the U of A.
