Please join us in welcoming two new Intensivists to our RAH ICU group as of January 2019.

Please join us in welcoming these two outstanding physicians to our Unit. We look forward to their excellent clinical skills and bedside manner, as well as their contributions to advancing the quality of patient care and education at the RAH ICU.


Arabesque Parker, MD, FRCPC, has completed her residency in Internal Medicine with a fellowship in Hematology, and will be completing her fellowship in Critical Care Medicine at the University of Alberta. She has a strong interest Quality and Patient Safety and is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Quality and Patient Safety through the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation at the University of Toronto.

Michael Kim, MD, FRCSC, completed his Medical School and General Surgical Residency at the University of Rochester School of Medicine, followed by fellowships in Trauma/Acute Care Surgery and Critical Care at the University of Toronto from 2013-2016. He has a Master of Arts in Medical and Surgical Education and is currently enrolled in a PhD focusing on resident and trainee evaluation in the ICU through the Institute of Medical Science at the University of Toronto.
