Sarah is a proud alumna of the University of Alberta's Faculty of Kinesiology, Sport, and Recreation, where she earned both a Bachelor of Kinesiology and a Bachelor of Secondary Education in 2017. Her experience at the University of Alberta fostered a lifelong commitment to student success, community engagement, and alumni involvement. 

Since graduating, Sarah has built a career spanning post-secondary education, nonprofit organizations, technology, and sport and recreation. She currently serves as the Mentorship Coordinator at Mount Royal University, where she leads initiatives that support first-year student success, leadership development, and meaningful campus engagement. Throughout her career, she has specialized in building collaborative relationships and fostering strong communities where people feel they belong. 

Sarah has remained actively involved with the University of Alberta as a dedicated volunteer, serving on the Calgary Regional Chapter for more than five years and previously as President of the KSR Alumni Association. She is passionate about strengthening alumni connections and giving back to the institution that played such an influential role in her personal and professional journey even while living in Calgary.
