Klaudia Sapieja
Mental Performance Consultant
Klaudia Sapieja, MA, is a mental wellness expert who believes that we are more than our achievements. Her work with performers delves into values, identity, and purpose, building foundational skills such as self-awareness, identity, and motivation before introducing performance-enhancing mental techniques.
Klaudia earned her MA from the University of Alberta in 2009 and has since led the integrated mental training program within Athletics at the University of Alberta. With over six years in this role, she has extensive experience in one-on-one consultations and tailored team workshops on topics like building culture, handling pressure, resilience, confidence, self-compassion, activation control, and performance routines.
Currently, as the Mental Wellness Coordinator, Klaudia oversees the Well to Win mental health program and mentors graduate sport psychology students who support all Golden Bears & Pandas teams in performance psychology.

Neville Wright
Olympian, Performance & Pain Management Therapist
Wright, OLY, RMT, is a three-time Olympian who began his career in track and field before transitioning to bobsleigh, where he quickly became a key member of Canada’s national team. Wright competed at the Vancouver 2010, Sochi 2014, and PyeongChang 2018 Olympic Winter Games, demonstrating resilience, adaptability, and a commitment to team success on a global stage.
As a skilled motivator and team builder, Wright has used his experience in high-performance environments to inspire others in achieving peak performance. Beyond his athletic career, he is trained in physical education and remedial massage therapy, working as a manual and rehabilitative therapist. His leadership approach is driven by mottos like, “If there is no struggle, there is no progress,” which reflect his dedication to growth and overcoming challenges.
