HOW TO USE LAUNDRY IN RESIDENCE

1. Download the LaundryCat app

Use the LaundryCat app to pay with your ONEcard, check machine availability and be notified when laundry cycles are complete. Please view the laundry instructions or troubleshooting guide.

Need a refund?

If your clothes aren’t clean or you feel you have been mistakenly charged, submit a claim for a refund (ensure you are logged into your U of A Google account).
