SLIS students Jody Mendenhall and Nicole Dalmer will be working at the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, D.C. this summer. They were chosen as recipients of the Alberta-Smithsonian Internship Program (ASIP), a partnership between the Government of Alberta, the University of Alberta and the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, D.C.

Both students will be interns at the Smithsonian Center for Folklife and Cultural Heritage over the summer.
