WARM-UP:
5 minutes dynamic stretches or 5-minute walk

FOCUS EXERCISE:
Donkey kicks, repeat 10 times on each leg

RUNNING TIP:
Include hills in your running

RUNNING PLAN:
Walk 1 minute, jog 2 minutes, repeat 8 times

COOLDOWN: Walk 5 minutes and static stretching
