As the Department of Medicine entered its second century, our strategic plan continues to put people at the heart of what we do, with a focus on wellbeing, engagement, growth, learning and success across all areas of academic medicine.

The 2025 Annual Report reflects the many ways our faculty, staff, learners and partners are advancing our academic mission and contributing to excellence in education, research, clinical care and innovation. It also highlights how we’re adapting to a changing environment, finding new and evidence-informed approaches, and working together to address both longstanding and emerging challenges.
