Edmonton Corridor Medicine Quality Council - Strategic Clinical Improvement Committee
Established in 2015, the collective commitment of the Edmonton Corridor Medicine Quality Council—Strategic Clinical Improvement Committee is to implement strategic clinical quality and safety initiatives in close association with Alberta Health Services (i.e., Strategic Clinical Networks), Covenant Health, Primary Care Networks, and other key partners.
The goal of this physician-led coalition is to develop scholarly improvement science and patient safety for both medical learners and DoM physicians, paving the way for continuous quality and safety of physician involvement and leadership.

PUBLICATIONS AND POSTERS
Publishing projects in journals and presenting findings are essential steps in advancing patient quality improvement in health and hospital settings.
EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES
Foundational improvement science education provides a review of the philosophy, scientific concepts and offers the steps required to complete improvement projects.
- Attend the Me2 Majumdar Research and Quality Improvement Collaborative Day, one of the department's largest events, which highlights research conducted over the past year of residents, medical students, fellows, and attendings.
