Our Educational Research Unit provides support and engages in educational research projects. Located in 5-083 in the Dianne and Irving Kipnes Health Research Institute, the unit provides space for graduate students engaged in this field of research. To support research within this field the Mike Petryk School of Dentistry has created an internal School of Dentistry Educational Research Fund (SDERF) that receives applications semi-annually.

- Reporting guidelines refer to how studies designs (e.g. clinical trials, reviews, correlational studies, qualitative research) should be reported in original manuscripts. In other words, what researchers should include in each section (Introduction, methods, results, and conclusions).
