Welcome
The Learning Assessment Centre (LAC) at the University of Alberta provides secure digital exam services that are convenient and comfortable for students, as well as friendly and efficient for instructors. We offer secure, proctored exams for faculty and staff at the University, as well as learners outside of the university that require testing services in the Edmonton area.
Book Your Exam
With over 20,000 exams administered last year, our trained invigilators and 100 workstation testing centre is ready to provide you with a secure space to host your exams. Contact our team to discuss exam options including test randomization, digitization, and flexible scheduling.
Students
Craving exam flexibility? We offer flexible scheduling options, exam accommodations, as well as a comfortable and convenient environment for you to take your exam.
Faculty
Need more time in your work day? We provide a secure space for exams, added flexibility, and automated scoring to give you back more time and reduce your workload.
External Students
In need of a proctoring facility for your accreditation or distance learning? We offer secure testing services easily accessible by the LRT, and conveniently close to downtown.
Pricing
U of A: Starting at $2 per student per exam. Subject to change.
Non U of A students: Please refer to our pricing guide for external clients.
