Basketball

The goals of our basketball camps are dependent on the skill level of the camp (Explore, Engage, Excel).  From introducing and building foundational skills like footwork, dribbling, passing, and shooting to introducing different tactics and the complex skills of screens, cutting and spacing, defending on and off the ball, and more.  Each age group curriculum will have its basketball sessions guided by the Canada Basketball LTAD and Golden Bears and Pandas basketball coaching staffs for appropriate age level instruction and expectations.

The other part of the camp day will be dedicated to age-appropriate multi-sport activities designed to improve fundamental movement skills that support and complement the skills taught in the basketball sessions.
