Joining the Aboriginal Teacher Education Program, and beginning your journey as a future teacher, starts with an online application. See below for all the information, tips, and links you will need during the admissions process.

The application deadline is March 1. Please note that this program only accepts Indigenous applicants.

Admission Requirements

Prospective ATEP students are required to meet minimum academic entrance requirements. Visit the Admissions Requirements page to learn more.

  • High School (Direct Entry)
  • Mature (Non-Matriculated) Students
  • Students High School Applicants with Less Than 24 Transferable Credits
  • Transfer Students
