The University of Alberta's Department of History & Classics, together with AHEPA (the American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association), the Canadian Hellenic Congress of Alberta, AAME (the Alberta Association for Multicultural Education), Alberta Association For Media Awareness, and the Friends of Hellenism, is pleased to present a series of movies with a Classical Greek theme. All events are free and open to the public. Join us following the movie for afterthoughts from one of our department members about the history, the myth, the movie, and the enduring legacy of Ancient Greece!
