The Faculty of Kinesiology, Sport, and Recreation is committed to Supporting the physical, mental and social well being of students, staff, and community members through recreation, sport and physical activity. We strive to deliver programs and services that support personal development, create community connectedness, strengthen places and spaces, and build healthier policies on our campus. Together, with other wellness providers on campus, our collective goal is to foster a healthy working, learning and living environments for students, faculty and staff, in accordance with the Healthy University Strategic Plan.
