Application Process

• • Click the link below, and you will be brought to the application webpage. You will need to sign in with your CCID and password:

• Once you log in, you will either see your profile information already, or will need to create an account. If your information is there, please make sure it is correct. If for some reason you are unable to log in with your CCID and password, please email your CCID and Student ID to  sjcres@ualberta.ca. 
  
  
• You will then see the "applications" tab. Under this tab, you may see two options. Please ensure you are filling out the correct application: either the returning resident application or the new resident application. 
  
  
• You will then be required to pay your deposit ($500 for the Women's Residence, $450 for the Men's Residence). You can pay via e-transfer to sjcpay@ualberta.ca. Please note in the comments section that this is a Fall 2024 deposit. Returning residents will have their deposit from this year carried over.  Once your deposit is received,  your application will be sent for approval.  Once approved, you will be given access to the housing contract.

Please note: You will have until June 30th to cancel your application and receive your deposit back (minus a $50 admin fee). Cancellations after June 30th will forfeit deposits, regardless of when your application was submitted.
