Payment Schedule
- Students are required to pay the entire Program Fee, regardless of the number of years they take to complete the program. The entire Program Fee is typically paid over four annual installments (except Graduate Certificates, which are paid over two annual installments). Each year, Program Fees are to be paid in full by July 31, or in two installments (50% by July 31 + 50% by January 31). A late penalty of 10% of the total outstanding amount will be assessed on accounts paid after these due dates. Students will not be allowed to register for, or participate in, any course or learning event unless their account is paid in full.
- Course fees are due at the time of course registration. If a student is permitted to register late for a course, a late fee of $75 will be applied.
- The Dissertation/Thesis/IP fee is due when the student's dissertation/thesis/IP proposal is approved.
- Students in the MPS (Core Stream) and MPS (Art Therapy) have additional Personal Therapy and Clinical Supervision fees, which are not paid to the College.
- Students in the DMin-SE program have additional professional fees, which are paid to the Canadian Association for Spiritual Care / Association canadienne de soins spirituels (CASC/ACSS).
- Ongoing Program Fees are assessed for Years 5 onward; they are to be paid (in full) annually on July 1.
