Shared services stream updates

Process redesigns for HR and finance processes are moving along, with four processes undergoing redesign workshops concurrently. A service launch sequence is also being developed for Shared Services, which will allow the team to set timing, scope, and resourcing expectations with key stakeholders including college and faculty general managers. Key roles are being recruited including Manager of Payroll Services, Director of Finance Processes, and Manager of Employment Services in the near term.
