Shared Services launches new pilot project

On November 1, Shared Services and SET launched a pilot for the redesigned employee appointment process that will be automated with electronic signatures and digital forms. Seven faculties will provide feedback over the next two weeks. Following the pilot, we will refine the process further and prepare for rollout. As a reminder, on October 1, Payment/Compliance Services (Account Payable) and Billings/Collection Services (Accounts Receivable) moved into Shared Services; the Finance Services team is developing a strategy to direct some services through the Staff Service Centre. On December 1, the Distribution Services team will transition as well.
