As part of the Service Excellence Transformation (SET) program, many staff have recently transitioned to having their IT needs supported centrally by IST. To assist with this transition, we have created a summary page on the IST website so you can get to know how we can support you and your team's technology needs. Here you will find information on what services IST provides, ways to learn about service outages, what happens when you submit an IT request, and more.
