The Alberta Diabetes Institute is one of the world's most comprehensive and integrated research facilities dedicated to translating discovery research into practical health solutions for diabetes patients.

Clinical research at the Institute allows for biomedical, nutrition/metabolism and physical activity intervention and the study of multiple influences and risk factors pertinent to preventing and managing diabetes.
