This presentation will provide an overview of the history of our international charitable contributions, leading up to a discussion of the current state of affairs and a potential path forward.  Dr. Lobay is an emergency medicine physician and dentist who has completed many international volunteer missions over the years. He hopes that you will find this to be an inspiring conversation that will raise important questions regarding our role as healthcare providers, and as global citizens.
