The Department of Philosophy is pleased to announce that Mike Lockhart, who recently acquired his PhD, has received a 2012 Faculty of Arts Graduate Student Teaching Award. Recipients exhibit "a consistently superior command of the subject matter being taught," attempt "to provide students with a comprehensive, coherent understanding of the subject matter," and instill "in students interest and enthusiasm for the subject."
