Education/Science Combined Degrees

Two students in a CSJ laboratory in front of a microscope

Program Description

Campus Saint-Jean offers a combined program that allows students to obtain two degrees (one in science and one in education) at the very beginning of their careers. Students who already possess a bachelor's degree may enroll in a two-year program in order to obtain a degree in education. This dual program enables schools to cope with the great shortage of french-speaking science teachers at the high school level.

This is an accelerated five-year program that leads to obtaining two bachelor's degrees, with the choice of one of the three majors in science listed below. All students have a double minor: the first is mandatory in French and the second is chosen from the following list.

  • Biological sciences
  • Mathematical sciences
  • Physical sciences
