Student Review

Members of the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders want to ensure the successful completion of the graduate program by all students who are enrolled.

In an effort to support each student's success in our program, members of the department will conduct informal student reviews throughout each term. The reviews will serve as a means to identify potential areas where a student may require additional support.

A student will be discussed if there are concerns about: (a) academic performance, (b) clinical performance, (c) professional performance (including student codes of conduct and professional behaviours), or (d) any combination of performance issues. The principles of ethics and confidentiality will be maintained at all times by all staff members.

The student will be contacted as required and the appropriate action taken.
