CAB opens October 3 (except the social staircase)

Students, staff, faculty and visitors to North Campus
WHAT
All hoarding in CAB will be removed, except of:
the social staircase on Level 0
the interior “open to below” railing on levels 1, 2 and 3
WHERE
North Campus
WHEN
The first stage of hoarding will be removed October 3, allowing the public to move more freely through the building. Supply chain issues have delayed the installation of a new glass guardrail overlooking the social stairs on levels 1, 2 and 3. As a result the social stair and "open to below interior" has a target completion date of October 31st
WHAT ELSE
Tim Horton’s Express (eastside) also reopens on October 3.
Be aware of any pedestrian detours, equipment or machinery and please obey all signage and flag persons in all construction areas.
If you are utilizing space in CAB, you may experience the noise of the construction. Significant effort is made to reduce these disturbances, especially during exams, but they cannot be entirely avoided due to the nature of the work.
