Last night, the Faculty of Arts held its annual Awards Night and there were a number of recipients of awards in the Department:
(1) Harald Baayen won the Faculty of Arts Research Award at the rank of Full Professor.
(2) Oliver Rossier won the Faculty of Arts Outstanding Administrative Award.
(3) Two Roger S Smith Undergraduate Research Awards have been awarded to students in the Department:
- Liam Gould, "Using the moving window to measure perceptual-span transfer" (Pat Bolger)
- Ryan Podulbny "Analysis of spontaneous speech in Western Canadian English" (Ben Tucker)
