- Incorporate acknowledgement and recognition as part of unit meetings and current communication vehicles. Use communications vehicles (e.g. rehab news) to acknowledge and recognize achievements throughout the Faculty
MEASURES OF SUCCESS:
- Inventory of interest/expertise developed for all
- Existing communication vehicles have incorporated new acknowledgement section
- Additional communication mechanisms established (such as brag board)
