Prof. Joanna Harrington guest lectures at Ottawa U

This week, University of Alberta Faculty of Law Professor Joanna Harrington will be an invited guest speaker at the University of Ottawa.

Hosted by the International Law Group at the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Law and the interdisciplinary Centre for International Policy Studies (CISP), Harrington will deliver a lunchtime lecture on the "Unfinished Business for the Responsibility to Protect Concept" focusing on the use of military force in situations of humanitarian crisis, the rule of law, and the need for procedural change at the UN Security Council.
