The quick-footed young man is a familiar face at the Law Centre, dashing up stairs and darting through hallways. Perhaps he didn't slow down long enough for you to learn the story propelling his progress. Oumar Salifou, multimedia editor at the U of A's student newspaper, caught up to Tim in the Hub Mall and captured Tim's rise to greatness (via the stairs in the Tory building?) on the front page of The Gateway.
