Computational Biologist, Faculty Service Officer
Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology
Dr. Reeve received his PhD from Concordia University in Montreal, studying evolutionary biology and quantitative genetics. Before joining the Halloran lab, he worked in the University of Alberta's Department of Medical Genetics, where he developed Markov Chain Monte Carlo methods for mapping genes associated with human disease. Currently, Dr. Reeve’s work concentrates on various aspects of microarray analysis. Jeff is a critical member of the ATAGC team for his skills in experimental design and biostatistics of high dimensionality data.
