Our office is closed, but we’re still available

Our parking office has gone virtual! Due to COVID-19, all of our services have been moved online and our Lister Centre office will only be open Fridays from 8 am–12 pm for in-person appointments.

Refunds continue to be processed by our customer support team. We appreciate your patience as we work through a large volume of requests. If you have not received a refund by May 15, please contact us at

Access your Parking Account to manage appeals, citation payments and permit cancellations.

  • Appeals will be adjudicated with a response within 60 days
  • Student ID encumbrances are released within an hour of paying citations online
  • Permit cancellation in your Parking Account:
    1. Log in to your account (top right)
    2. Under Permits (top left) and select View Your Permits
    3. Choose your permit(s) and confirm your selection
    4. Provide an explanation for your cancellation and confirm
