Effective Feb. 15 all student payment inquiries to be directed through the Student Service Portal

As of Feb.15, the Student Receivables email student.payment@ualberta.ca will no longer be in service. All inquiries related to refunds, payment troubleshooting, outstanding balances, tuition payment options, etc. must now be directed through the Student Service Portal via uab.ca/ask. This change contributes to our effort to streamline services offered to students and staff who work with students, providing one access point for all inquiries. 

If you work with students, please direct them to the portal for assistance related to these topics. If you are a U of A employee who needs to connect with Student Receivables staff or if you work with grad students who have payment inquiries please visit the Staff Service Centre and submit a general inquiry. 

Whether you’re a student or staff member, should you need assistance with how to use the portal, please watch this instructional video or read the instructions. An online reference guide is also available to help ensure inquiries are directed to the right support channel.
