Service Excellence Transformation
The Service Excellence Transformation (SET) program is part of the U of A For Tomorrow initiative. It is designed to meet cost savings targets necessary to operate within a reduced operating budget.
The SET program has three objectives:
- Create administrative structures that focus the maximum amount of the university’s resources and energies on its core mission of excellence in teaching, research, and community engagement;
- Restructure so we can achieve financial sustainability; and
- Reimagine how we do our work so we can continue to provide high-quality services with fewer staff members.
