Current Agreement
Academically-Employed Graduate Students (AEGSs) are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the current Collective Agreement (CA) as it details their rights and responsibilities as employees, including pay information. Graduate students new to their employment role may benefit from the summarized Info Sheet, which has been developed by the Office of the Provost in collaboration with the GSA.
The 2022-2024 CA was ratified by AEGSs in November 2022 and by the University Board of Governors in December 2022. It came into effect on 1 January 2023 and while the final document is not yet ready for sharing, the provisional document includes notation on updated and new provisions of the 2022-2024 Agreement, and can be found below.
