Dear fellow graduate students,
As you may be aware, the 2019-2020 team of GSA Directly-Elected Officers began their terms on 1 May. As your new President, I am excited to be working along with my Vice-Presidents (Dylan Ashley (VP Academic), Marc Waddingham (VP External), Shanawaz Mohammad (VP Labour), and Chantal Labonté (VP Student Services)), and GSA Council members to serve you. Over the coming months we will be working to develop the GSA Board Strategic Work Plan for 2019-2020 and I am looking forward to hearing from you on that project (as well as on the GSA and our services in general) through the engagement session and online survey that we will be conducting in June. Keep on eye on the GSA newsletter for further announcement on this. Please do not hesitate to contact myself and the VPs individually with any questions or concerns you may have as a graduate student - we're here to listen, help, and support you!
