Gary Frank

Gary Frank, ​BA, BEd, RN has been a palliative care nurse consultant and resource nurse at the University of Alberta Hospital and Royal Alexandra Hospital for the past twenty years. Prior to that Gary worked as a hospice manager, community palliative care consultant, bedside nurse, psychiatric nurse, and Special Education teacher over the first twenty years of his career. He has served on the Clinical Ethics Committees of both the University of Alberta Hospital and the Royal Alexandra Hospital. Gary retired from his full-time nursing position in July 2023. He still works casual as a palliative care nurse consultant at the University of Alberta Hospital and Royal Alexandra Hospital.
