Tatiana Penconek

Tatiana joined CLEAR Outcomes in January 2019 as a Graduate Research Assistant. She worked as a project coordinator for active grants in the programand is now program manager. She is a Registered Nurse and doctoral student at the Faculty of Nursing. She currently works on a number of active projects, employing her skill sets in knowledge synthesis and regression analysis.

Kaitlyn Tate

Kaitlyn joined the CLEAR Outcomes team as a research assistant in May 2014 and has worked as a research program coordinator and manager with the program. She successfully defended her PhD in Nursing in March 2022 and continues working with the program as a research support staff. Her research interests are around enhancing aged care transitions across the care continuum and improving quality management practices and policy in healthcare.  

Simone Micaroni

Simone joined the CLEAR Outcomes team as a research volunteer in September 2017. She is a Brazilian nurse who graduated with a Bachelor and Teaching degree in Nursing at the University of Campinas, Brazil, in 2010. She also has a specialization in Perfusion, from the Federal University of Sao Paulo, and a background in Nursing Emergency in a residency program. She worked as a nursing teacher for two years and since 2011 she has been working as a civil servant judicial nurse at the Court of the State of Sao Paulo, Brazil. Some of her areas of interest are leadership in nursing and the impact of education on building the nursing workforce.

Liza Chatterjee

2017-2021

Liza joined CLEAR Outcomes as a research volunteer in September, 2017. She completed the bilingual nursing program at the University of Alberta, Liza was also a student of the Peter Lougheed Leadership College. She hopes to pursue additional studies, and participate in future nursing research. Her interests lie in the areas of leadership, health equity, and linguistic and cultural accommodation in health care.
